Kevin Yaich
President
Kevin is leveraging 15+ years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A, origination, and deal execution to develop an energy investment platform and portfolio. In his career, Kevin has demonstrated the ability to originate, negotiate, and execute M&A transactions with a comprehensive understanding of the energy industry and a focus on the renewable space. Prior to joining SBA, Kevin Yaich spent 7 years originating and managing M&A transactions for NextEra Energy, the world’s largest owner/producer of wind and solar energy. While at NextEra, Kevin successfully closed on the acquisition of 15 GW of renewable assets, participated in large power utility and oil and gas assets acquisitions and supported NextEra leadership in the IPO of NextEra Energy Partners, Nextera’s Yieldco. In addition to his extensive M&A experience in the energy space, Kevin also held various transactional positions at Fortune 500 Companies (JPMorgan and AIG) and spent 5 years in private equity focusing on international infrastructure. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Finance from leading French business school, EDHEC.
Jeremie Debomy
Executive Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions
Jeremie is leveraging 20 years of experience in M&A financing, corporate lending, loan syndications, M&A origination, and deal execution in the U.S. to develop an energy investment platform and portfolio. In his career, Jeremie has also demonstrated the ability to originate, negotiate, and execute M&A financing and complex credit transactions and manage large corporate relationships in various industries. Prior to joining SBA, Jeremie spent 4 years originating and managing M&A transactions for NextEra Energy, the world’s largest owner/producer of wind and solar energy with a focus on the renewable space. While at NextEra, Jeremie successfully closed on the acquisition of 13 GW of renewable assets. In addition to his experience in the energy and renewable space, Jeremie also held various transactional positions at large international and national banks (JPMorgan and Regions Bank) and spent 2 years in private equity focusing on commercial real estate investments. Jeremie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Business and an MBA (both in Honors program) from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

The Brazoria West Solar Project is located 40 miles southwest of Houston, Texas. S&B USA Energy acquired a 49% stake in the Saticoy battery storage project. The 100 MW/400 MWh storage facility, located in Ventura County, California, is one of the largest operational battery storage projects in the United States.
