Deputy Head of U.S. Concessions
Yael has broad business development experience within the infrastructure, construction and P3 sectors leading bids in the U.S. and Israel. She specializes in structuring commercial, legal, financial proposals and investment of equity for P3 projects. Since joining S&B in 2015, she has been involved in S&B's pursuits , including the financial close for the $1.1 billion SH-288 Managed Lanes project in Houston, TX, securing a TIFIA Loan and PABs issuance. Previously, Yael worked for 15 years as an attorney in Israel, specializing in commercial real-estate and securities. Yael holds an executive LL.M., from the Tel Aviv University in collaboration with University of California, Berkeley (magna cum laude) and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC), Israel.
Head of Origination & Structuring
Lucas is an experienced investment manager specializing in development, structuring and execution of infrastructure investments across international markets, including the U.S., Canada and Latin America. He is leading Business Development for U.S. efforts in concessions for P3 projects while also serving on the Board of Perimetral Oriental de Bogotá S.A.S, the concessionaire and operator of S&B’s P3 project in Colombia. Lucas graduated from the University of Texas with a MS in Transportation Engineering and Escuela Superior Tecnica del Ejercito with a Civil Engineering degree.
Managing Director of Business Development
Sam has over 15 years of experience in global construction and project finance transactions. Sam is responsible for business development for our U.S. efforts in concessions for P3 infrastructure projects. Sam has a JSM in Law and Finance from Stanford University and a BA in Law from Australian National University.
CFO of Blue Ridge Transportation Group (BTG)
Eran has over 20 years of experience as a CFO, specializing in large scale P3 projects with complex financing strategies. He is currently serving as the CFO of BTG, the concessionaire for the SH288 Express Toll Lanes P3 project. Eran has a Finance Degree from Haifa University.
