This project plans to build two new parallel cast-in-place segmental bridges to replace the current steel deck truss bridge that was built in 1953.

Fay is in the design phase of a progressive design-build project that will increase the clearance of the Howard Street Tunnel from 19 to 21 feet to permit the safe passage of double-stack trains.

Fay will replace two 19th century 27-ft closed-spandrel brick masonry arches with modern steel girder and concrete deck bridge superstructures.

For this project, Fay will replace the current open spandrel concrete arch bridge with an arched delta frame structure using sliding accelerated bridge techniques (ABC).

In this Design-Build project, Fay, S&B USA Construction (Fay) will improve the I-64/I-464 interchange in Chesapeake, VA, by providing a direct connection between I-64 eastbound and Route 168 southbound via I-464 southbound.

Fay, S&B USA Construction's scope of work includes the demolition and reconstruction of the Eastbound (EB) and Westbound (WB) I-80 bridges over North Fork Redbank Creek, Water Plant Road and the Walter Dick Memorial Park.

This project is part of the overall I-81 Susquehanna Project, a nine-mile stretch of reconstruction and repair work along I-81 in northeastern Pennsylvania from New Milford Borough to the New York border.

This project consists of work associated with Monongahela River Locks and Dam no. 3 (also called Elizabeth Locks and Dams) demolition, establishment of the new navigable channel and stabilization of the monoliths to remain after construction.

Fay was recently awarded a contract to design and build a new network of roads as part of a larger modernization plan at Pittsburgh International Airport; the highlight of the project is a dual-level bridge that leads to the new terminal.

The scope of work for this project includes the demolition of ten remnant piers located on the southeast side of the existing Susquehanna River Bridge. The piers are solid shaft piers that are approximately 20 ft above the waterline and are approximately 24 ft long by 8 ft wide.

After the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) in Washington, DC opened the new Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge in 2021, Fay, S&B USA Construction (Fay) was hired as a subcontractor to demolish the original 1,306-ft-long swing bridge, piers, and several pedestals on the bridge approaches.

This multiple award-winning project constructed a three-acre public park over I-579 to connect a historic neighborhood to downtown Pittsburgh. The park is supported by a bridge-like cap structure spanning this major Pittsburgh highway and is the first park in Pennsylvania built over an interstate highway.
