Tamir is an international executive with two decades of experience in real estate, financial and technology markets. Prior to joining Shikun & Binui, Tamir served for five years as Director and Head of Investments for Capital Foresight, a group of dozens of global real estate, finance and technology companies. His particular area of expertise is in the execution of complex mergers & acquisitions, refinancings, project financings and marketing strategies, as well as in working with regulatory agencies and investment bodies. Tamir earned his LLB degree from the College of Ramat Gan, a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Wharton Business School – University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.

Sharon is responsible for overseeing S&B USA Concessions and Construction. Over the last 3.5 years, Sharon served as the VP of Finance for Shikun & Binui Concessions and acted ast the head of their operations in the United States. Thanks to these roels, Sharon gained valuable leadership experience and knowledge of complex transactions in the infrastructure, transportation and energy sectors. Sharon holds an MBA from Ryerson University and a BS in Economics and Psychology from the University of Toronto.

As CFO, Michael is responsible for all financial reporting, cash flow and bank relationships, taxes, ISOX, sureties, insurance and corporate structure. He began his career for PWC in audit and has 10 years of global infrastructure experience with Shikun & Binui. Michael began working in the US in 2018 as the Business Manager for the P3 SH288 Tollways Project in Houston, TX and in 2019 was promoted to CFO. He is a CPA and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem; and an Executive MBA (with distinction) from Tel-Aviv University.

As the President and CEO of S&B USA Construction, Peter is responsible for leading the company's business and financial growth strategies. Peter brings nearly 40 years of construction experience from his previous Chairman, CEO and Presidential roles in 15 corporations—the most notable of which totaled over 20 years in several branches of Skanska. He has also served on the Construction Industry Ethics & Compliance Initiative CEO Roundtable, the Engineering & Computer Science Advisory Council at VMI, and the General Contractor Association of New York and other industry organizations.

Katie has over 30 years of marketing experience and currently serves as the VP of Marketing for S&B USA Construction. Her experience includes strategic planning, bid proposals, and all aspects of marketing and branding for the entire S&B USA family of companies. Prior to joining S&B USA Construction, Katie served as the VP of Strategic Marketing for Ansaldo-STS, where she was responsibile for strategic planning, product management, competitive intelligence and marketing communications. Katie has also served in various marketing roles at MSA over a 19-year span that included product management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and new market development. Katie is a member of the Engineers’ Society of Western Pennsylvania and the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), where she has earned her Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) accreditation. Katie holds a BS in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Grant has over 20 years of experience integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices into organizational project delivery platforms. Prior to his current position, Grant served as the Chief Resilience Officer and Assistant Director for Pittsburgh's Department of City planning, where he helped make Pittsburgh a smart, sustainable and resilient city by fostering partnerships, leveraging assests and finding creative ways to solve problems. Grant serves as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) Manufactures and Commerce, as a Senior Fellow at ICLEI-USA, and as a Climate Advisor for Resource X. Grant holds an MPIA from the University of Pittsburgh in International Affairs and a BA from Washington & Jefferson College in Political Science and History.
