S&B USA Concessions is a leading private developer and financial arranger of public infrastructure projects in North America, specializing in Public-Private Partnerships (P3s) in all forms, including Design-Build-Finance (DBF), Design-Build-Finance-Maintain (DBFM), and Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM). Our team has expertise in the operations and maintenance of assets for decades after their construction.
