S&B USA has financed three P3 projects in the United States within the last five years; while our parent company Shikun & Binui has financed over 26 infrastructure projects. As a well-established P3 financing partner for infrastructure debt investors and other lending institutions worldwide, S&B USA Concessions provides years of experience and careful planning to help our clients work towards meeting their projects’ financial needs. Our team specializes in developing financing plans and securing optimal funding solutions that minimize overall financing costs and maximize execution certainty and capital structure stability. We have won 10 awards mainly for project financing from notable organizations such as Proximo, IJ Global, International Finance Law Review, P3 Awards and Bond Buyer for our Fargo Flood Diversion Channel project. 

S&B Concessions is one of our valued partners on the Fargo-Moorhead Stormwater Diversion Channel and Associated Infrastructure project. Throughout the procurement and through its delivery we have always valued the insight and commitment of the S&B team, who continue to provide creative solutions in delivering this Project in partnership with the Authority and the USACE. In particular, I would like to highlight the innovation the team orchestrated on the financing solution for the Project. Our Project was approved under Green Bond and Green Loan Principles allowing investors to recognize this Project as one of the first large-scale ESG focused P3 transactions in the US related to flood resilience. Additionally, I have had the pleasure to collaborate with the SBC team to showcase this resiliency project to numerous other government and public clients in the hopes of progressing P3 procurement for other projects. S&B is truly on the forefront of P3 financing, construction and delivery of projects of this nature.

Operations & Maintenance (O&M Services)

Our involvement doesn’t stop once the project has been completed. Our team has expertise in the O&M of assets for decades after their construction. This often includes routine and preventive maintenance of all assets and renewal and rehabilitation in accordance with the handback requirements of the project. In the case of toll roads, it also includes the collection of tolls.
